SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping costs are shown depending on the type of service you choose (Standard or Express). 

Thinking about the security and speed of your order, we use DHL or FedEx for shipments. Every shipment carries insurance in which your product is covered in case of loss by the parcel, which is valid within the Mexican Republic. For shipments outside of Mexico insurance is not available.

For international orders, some taxes and customs fees may apply. It depends on each country. These taxes must be paid by the customer at the time of delivery. Vösh does not have estimated fees or costs in this regard. You have to check with local authorities. Vösh is not responsible for unpaid import taxes and will not refund deliveries that have been rejected for unpaid import taxes.
