SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping costs are displayed based on the type of service you select (Standard or Express). 

We would like to inform you that shipping companies may face delays during the Black Friday and holiday seasons. Please allow an additional 5 working days for delivery.

Considering the security and speed of your order, we use DHL or FedEx for shipping. Every shipment carries insurance that covers your product in case of loss by the parcel, which is valid within the Mexican Republic; for shipments outside of Mexico, insurance is not available.

For international orders, some taxes and customs fees may apply. It depends on each country. The customer must pay these taxes at the time of delivery. Vösh does not have estimated fees or costs in this regard. You have to check with local authorities. Vösh is not responsible for unpaid import taxes and will not refund deliveries that have been rejected for unpaid import taxes.

For U.S. orders, please note that the U.S. government has implemented new tariffs. We suggest checking with your local authorities for further information.
