Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you want to know about our handmade pieces, materials, shipping, and care.

Our pieces are handwoven with Japanese glass beads — known for their precision and quality — combined, depending on the collection, with sterling silver (.925) or premium cotton cord.

Each piece is handwoven, thread by thread, by women artisans in Cholula, Puebla, using traditional Mexican weaving techniques adapted to contemporary design. There is no mass production — each piece takes the time its pattern requires.

We only accept returns for manufacturing defects, reported within 48 hours of delivery (with order number, description, and photo evidence). We don't accept returns for personal preference or the minor variations natural to a handmade piece.

Because our pieces are handmade, slight variations in color, size, or finish may occur — they're part of each piece's unique character, not a defect.

Yes, we ship to Mexico, the United States, and Canada. Shipping to the United States and Canada costs approximately 40 to 50 USD — carrier rates have been rising recently, so this range may vary. We are not currently shipping to Spain.

Every Vösh piece is handmade by Mexican artisans, in limited production — not mass-manufactured. We believe in "conscious luxury": unique pieces with history and character, rather than identical mass-produced items.

You can find Vösh pieces in boutiques and design spaces in Mexico City, Puebla, Puerto Vallarta, Riviera Maya, San José del Cabo, Mérida, and Troncones — see the full list on our "Find Us" page.

Our bracelets are adjustable, so they fit different wrist sizes without needing to choose a specific size. Necklaces and earrings don't work with "sizing" the same way.
