RETURN POLICY
At Vösh, each piece is handmade, so there may be slight variations that are part of its unique character.
For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as personal preference, minimal variations in color, size, or finish.
MANUFACTURING DEFECTS
We only accept returns in the case of manufacturing defects.
If you believe your piece has a defect, you must notify us within the first 48 hours after delivery by sending an email with:
Order number
Description of the defect
Clear photographic evidence
Our team will evaluate the case and, if appropriate, will offer a solution.
AVAILABLE SOLUTIONS
In the case of a confirmed defect, Vösh may offer, depending on availability:
Product replacement
Free repair
Full or partial refund
The solution will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
CONDITIONS TO APPLY
The product must:
Not have been used
Be in the same condition as received
Retain its original packaging
Claims outside the established timeframe will not be accepted.
SHIPPING ON RETURNS
In the case of a confirmed defect, Vösh will cover the shipping costs related to the return or replacement.
If the defect is not confirmed, the customer will be responsible for shipping costs.
DAMAGE DURING SHIPPING
If your order arrives damaged, you must report it within the first 48 hours with photographic evidence in order to initiate a claim with the shipping company.
FINAL SALES
All sales are final. No returns or exchanges are accepted outside of the mentioned cases.
